Wrong name on biometric letter

Has anyone got recently problem with their name or other personal details wrong on the biometric letter?

Did you contact NationalityBiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk ?

How long does it take to receive new one? Does they replay to emails?

If I remember it right it took 4 days to get reply to email and further 7 days for new biometric letters.

Tomorrow will be 7 days since the email I sent them asking for confirmation as to what signature I should sign my Biometrics with as my application was made in my married name but the BR was sent in my maiden name as that is the name on my ILR visa. Ive had no response as yet. Ive had one person reply to my thread asking for assistance that had this same scenario and they signed with their married name / application name, I think I'm going to take the plunge and do that also.

With something so time sensitive it really would have been nice to have a quick response from the email.

Please send a letter to UKVI Liverpool using recorded delivery. This is the safest method.

send it to both FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, NationalityBiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. In my case a request to give Biometric overseas took 3 weeks to receive a response.
