Should not be a problem. Just make sure you sign them.n8net wrote:3) can the wage slips be print outs from the Moneysoft software on a A4 paper ? (don't think they have to be in performarated papers)
You must have got CT600 ACK when you filed your accounts with HMRC.n8net wrote: could you also guide me where I can get the document to prove business is a registered for corporate tax in the UK ? if there a weblink ? or should I ask the accountant ?
I cant see any where on the application form or guidance to sign the payslips?aby00156 wrote:For extension it starts from P128. You must have got CT41G when you have registered with HMRC.
Ideally you should have all these things. Ask your accountant if he has a copy of these.
Home office needs any document which confirms that you are registered with HMRC. You can submit CT600, CT620, CT41G. Yes CT600 is Company - Short Tax Return Form CT600. Make sure you sign it. You get one CT600 for every financial year you have filed your accounts with HMRC.n8net wrote:
1) CT600 the HO expects and the
"Company - Short Tax Return Form CT600 (short) (2008) version 2 (the one my accountant gave me)" are same or not ?
Sign FPS, Annual Accounts, payslips, CT600 (if you are submitting).n8net wrote: 2) what docs I need to sign ?
payslips
FPS
anything else ?
and should I say I confirm the above to be correct" and and sign on every FPS ?
n8net wrote: 3) I started the business bank account with a intial cash deposit of £200 on 01.10.2013
rest of my investments hav been from my personal bank account with the last payment on 14.05.2016
Only if it came from your personal bank account. Also, ask your accountant.n8net wrote: a) the question is is that 200 counted as investment ?
DL should be drafted before the first transaction.n8net wrote: b) when should the DL be drafted ? on 01.10.2013 ? and the loan dates be 01.10-2013 to 14.05.2016 ?
Yesn8net wrote: c) is it ok to sign the agreement back in 2013 and say exactly how much would be investment by 2016
You get CT600 irrespective of profit and even when you make a loss.my company did not make profit in any of the three years. so no CT to pay, hence I do not have CT600 (short) for all the years...hope it is ok ?
You can back date the agreement if you did not draft it before the first transfer.about DL ? looks like it can be retrospectively signed ? i.e otherwise it might be as back in 2013 (the signed date) you 'predicted' exactly how much would be invested by 2016 ?
No, just initials and signatureabout signing, do I need to write something like "I confirm this is accurate" before signing it ? or just sign and write my name underneath ?
There are some details missing but if you follow the guide, you should be finen8net wrote:thanks Zimba.
