Additional proofs for 2 years family visa

Hi
My parents visited me twice so far and returned back to India in time.
2014: Visa started 20th of July, they visited from 20th of July until 15th Nov 2014.
2015: Visa started 1st of July, they visited from 13th of July until 13th Dec 2015.

Due to their age it's difficult for them to go through the hassle of applying for visa every year. This year I am planning to take two years visitor visa instead.

I would like to know,
A. Any additional documents/proofs required for two years visa?
B. Any additional precautions I should be aware of while applying for 2 years visa.
