Applying as Tier 2 Dependent from outside UK

I was on tier 2 since Jan 2014 but my Company's license was revoked in March 2016. I changed the company now I got the tier 2 visa again. I need to apply my wife's visa from outside UK to join me. What are documents required to apply her dependent visa?

I have issue with my payslips . I have got the payslips till March 2016 only as My pervious company's license was revoked so company stopped me to work there. Payslips from the new company, I will start getting from July 2016. I can't find anywhere on UKVI rules where payslips are required for dependent visa. For Maintenance funds, I will get letter from company. Please tell me the required documents for dependent visa. Can I apply for her dependent visa now, as I have tier 2 visa.
