Travelling with spouse on work permit

Hi all,

I am traveling to work in Dublin - myself and my wife are both non-EEA citezens. My wife will not stay with me in the first year, but she will stay for one month before she goes back. Through the year she will be coming for short visits. Next year she will move permanently to Ireland with me.

I have a question:
- Should I register her with myself in GNIB this year? and then issue a re-entry visa?
- Otherwise which type of visa should we request for her?
