English Languag and Financial requirement confusion

Post by talkhome » Sat Jun 11, 2016 7:13 pm

This question if for my family member:

We need to make an in-country application from tier 4 dependant to 'family member of settled person'

1. Just to confirm IELTS life skills at A1 level will be accepted if we make application in 1st week of
August 2016?

2. I read they only accept regular bank statement if we claim point on savings. We do not have
statements. Can we not use online printed statement or letter from bank confirming the funds for the
last 6 months?

3. For the kid born in the UK, is it advisable to apply on MN1 form straight or should we first get
dependant visa and then apply for registration? if we apply on MN1 still we need to meet £22400 or only
£18,600.
