English nikka Nama Pls help

Please can someone kindly help me.

I will be applying for a spouse visa and i came across my English translated nikka Nama (from Urdu to english) and this has the incorrect DOB of my Mrs

What should I do, the English translated copy was done from Pakistan and stamped with the notify public officer.

Can I get the translated copy of the original nikkah Nama done here in the uk?

Can't it get corrected in Pakistan?
