Tier 1 Entrepreneur 10 Year ILR

Hi Guys

Just a quick question if someone can guide me please.
I got my Entrepreneur Visa through PSW route in March 14
My Entreprenwur visa is finishing in March 17 but i am qualifiying for 10 year Long Residency ILR in Nov 16 means 4 months before T1 ENT Extension.Wat u guys suggest do i need to prepare fr my ENT Ext as well or shall i get to ILR staright away.What kinda prepration shall i do.Also i hav invested almost 35 K and 1 employee with 16 months and going to hire a 2nd employee soon.

The easiest option is extension first and ILR next. It is not easy to cover 4 months gap. If your extension application took more than 4 months, you can then vary your extension application to ILR.

You are right. Then in that case OP should apply in person for 10 year ILR when eligible. No need to qualify the extension criteria then

Thanks v much all of u,can u please suggest me wat kinda documents do i need to bring with me for window option,do i need to bring all my business realted stuff or not or just 10 year ILR relatef docs.Also do the home office also do the interview in case of 10 year ILR window option abt business and all???

10 year ILR route is based on continuous private life in the UK. They can interview you on any of your visas. Continue on ILR forum for more information
