Post by Fuzzbuzz » Mon Jun 13, 2016 1:55 pm

Hi..

I wanted to ask do i need to pay for my husbands nhs when applying for his second extention in september my husband came to the uk under old rules before 2012 july .. he came to uk in April 2012... unable to pass his life in uk therefore extending once again last time i did not pay it but i dont think it was out then the nhs charge in june 2014

Also can you plzz tell me if my husband needs to be working to apply for visa as he is jobless at mo but has been told will be offered job in new mobile shop in september full time for the people he is training from now.

I also am on mat leave and am not getting paid dont have no wage slips

And another question on my husbands app do i need to tick tge boxes that we are recieving working tax and child tax credit i am a british citizen and as we are married we have applied as a joint claim but do i need to tick this on my husbands application visa form for him recieving it?

Many many thanks

Here's you original thread with a reply from Vinny

Probably best if you re-post this question there to ensure continuity.
