My brother's wife visa was refused with right of appeal. He didn't appeal. I spotted a major error of law in earnings in the refusal. Our solicitor recommended for the JR and we filed a PAP.
After sometime we received a letter from HO (HO said in the letter that they are not happy with our decision as right of appeal was given) saying that we are now re-considering the application.
Last week we received another letter from HO asking my brother to pay the health surcharge which he paid instantly.
Now my question, does this means that they will grant my sister in law a visa? Guru's please through some light on this.
