Varyring Tier 1 to FLR (R) Dependant's Application Query

I have applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension with one dependant (our leaves expired on same date in April). I will complete my 10 years in August. I have been that If I do not get any reply for my Tier 1 Ent Extension by mid July I can vary my application to Set(LR) in July (within 28 Days of qualifying period) and FLR(M) for my spouse.

Me and my spouse both are employed/directors of two separate companies and on threshold (Hence Combined Income around £20,000 p.a.) For my spouse FLR (M) Do we need to provide our 6 months payslips or we need to provide 12 months payslips? and what other documents are required for that?

My second question is that if my spouse doesnt meet the english language requirement (NARIC is in Process) what other catagory would be best for her to vary? Kindly reply in this regard.
