Reapply of Tier2 general visa with different COS with prem

Dear All,

My name is Aarushi, actually i did applied for tier2 general visa(extension) with different sponcer on 13th feb 2016 but my visa got expired on 17th Jan 2016 so i made my application on GRACE PERIOD(28 days from actual visa expires). And i gave my biometric on 23th Feb 2016 but still now i.e. 14th June 2016 i have not received my visa, its been 4 months they have not taken any decision on my application. I have called UKBA many times but no proper information regarding time line was not given, they are keep saying that they still not made any decision and application under process. My representative told me that as we applied in grace period, ukba have a right to hold my application up to 6 months. As i applied in grace period i can't work unless i get valid visa. My employer is desperately need me as there is a delay in their projects.

We are thinking to reapply my tier2 application ( application varying ) with different COS and like to go for Premier Services (Same day services).So i have got many questions regarding my situation like, is it good idea to reapply? will i get new COS? and mostly can i go for premier services ? OVERALL IS IT WORTH FOR GOING FOR THIS STEP???

PLEASE ANY ONE CAN HELP ME WITH SITUATION AND SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO OR WHAT NOT.. PLEASE RESPOND AS SOOON AS POSSIBLE.
