Financial Query about UK standard visit visa

Hi guys,

I am going to apply visit visa for my mother and have a question regarding financial requirements.

I am going to attach last six month payslips and last six months of bank statements (currently showing over 4K balance) but my account fluctuate from £500 to £4K+ in this period.

another saving account I use but its on my Wife's name (have balance over 5K)

Can I attach My wife's Saving Account details with the application?

if yes then do I need a consent letter from my Wife?
