Financial req, Salaried and non-salaried employment

Post by b0d » Wed Jun 15, 2016 12:18 pm

Hi

Fiance visa.

5.1. Category A: With current employer for 6 months or more – person residing in the UK.

I cant do Cat B because I was not earning enough for the 12 month requirement under cat B prior to November.

I was,

Employed by agency and then by agencies host company who are now my current employers.

Employed by agency from November 2015 to late Feb 2016.

My question is do I have to wait for 6 months employment with host (current) company or can I tally together the agency time along with the current employer?

The reason being its the same job... just paid by different companies. First an agency and then the host company.

Do I then need to the same letters from each company, contracts, payslips etc? So far I only have payslips and a letter from agency to say their payslips are genuine. The current employer has agreed to do their bit as well.

Anyone?

Many thanks.

To apply under CAT A you must be with current employer for at least 6 months prior to application whether in salaried or non salaried employment. For salaried take lowest earning in last 6 month and multiply with 12 to calculate your annual gross salary. For non salaried add up all 6 months payslips divide by 6 and multiply with 12 to count your annual gross earnings

You need letter from employer stating the length of employment , nature of job/contract whther temporary or permanent, mentioning your salary/hours etc..6 months payslips with 6 months bankstatment showing money has been paid in account.

Hi
Thanks for your reply but you have not told me anything I do not know.

Based on experience/other cases what do you think?

I can probably get my current employer to write a quick note to explain the situation.

I dont understand what is your question ? it seem you know everything but still asking

No one can tell you here that whether you are in same job or not or whether Employed by agency and then by agencies host company come under same employer. You need to find it yourself by ringing the HR department of new or previous employer. If its merge then they normally keep same tax code and employer tax reference on payslip which suggest you are under same employer . If its new employer then you get different tax code and employer tax references . You will confuse case worker
