Job Creation full time

Dear All

Could please senior members help me regarding job creation, i got my ent visa in may 2014, i have created full time job for about 13 months now I am going to create another full time job for 12 months, my question is can i employee 2 persons each for 6 months ? or has to be one full time for 12 months, waiting for your prompt reply.

You can employ two people one after the other if they are doing the same job (full time).

Just curious, are you not actually building a business? Why would you end this said job in twelve months?

It seem you are just trying to do the absolute minimum, almost artificially, to get an extension and there is slowly more and more pushback from HO on this.

Yes you can. A job simply needs to last for min of 12 months but the position created need NOT be continuous and can be completed by multiple employees

thanks for the reply seasky as I said 12 months because my extension is due in may next year that's why I ask from june 2016 to may 2017 its going to be 11m my question was for example if I am going to create a cleaner and office assistant jobs till may 2017 going to be 11m for each employee so total 2 employee each 11m total 22m from multiple employment, well this will complete my extension requirements? again to clarify this will be continue job not for 11m. thanks
