Temporary Admission but Liable to be Detained

Hello,

I came on a Tier 1(Entrepreneur) visa when the Immigration Officers stopped me at Heathrow 2 years ago and have not send my passport back even though my business partner(also brother) got his 7 months ago. At the time they gave me a Temporary Admission and I had to report every week which I did until they told me I do not have to anymore.

After trying to track them down all this time with my solicitor, they invited me in for an interview at the airport which I attended. They asked me to bring a few extra documents leaving me time after the end of next month and therefore extending my Temporary Admission.

The problem is that my visa has already expired last month as I could not extend it due to them having my passport although I have a genuine business in the UK. Can they detain me when I go for my next interview in the airport or how does this whole thing work?

Pls I really need some help. I do not want to leave the UK simply because they could not be bothered to deal with my case on time.

Why did they stop you at Heathrow 2 years ago?

because there was a problem with the english test of my business partner so they stopped both of us
