Need help for making an appeal please

Post by sum-img » Thu Jun 16, 2016 3:13 pm

I hope somebody can help me with some information. My "join spouse" visa was refused and I have been told by the visa appeals officer to appeal within 2 months and submit new hosting agreement from my sponsor. The new hosting agreement will be ready soon.

My Queries:

1. Do I need to send all the documents again as before with all the original passports or just only the hosting agreement with the appeal letter?

2. Do I need to submit original hosting agreement or copy will be good enough as it will take time by post from Ireland to India.

Please clarify what documents needs to be submitted for appeal.

http://www.migrantproject.ie

Contact the people at this non for profit. When I first arrived here and had questions about the immigration process I set up a meeting with these folks and they helped me out quite a bit.

It's worth a try.

Link checked and appears to be a charity or other community-service type of project (ie non-commercial & non-partisan).

Link left in place.

HI :)

- visa was refused // What exactly was the reason for refusal

- Where are you applying from India or are you in Ireland

- Are you applying as spouse of EU citizen or Irish citizen

If you respond to this questions May be people can understand your situation better

>> visa was refused // What exactly was the reason for refusal.

Only refusal point is: Visa offer has asked for the new hosting agreement (with my name added as as my wife is working as a researcher in Ireland) which can be easily applied and obtained.

>> Where are you applying from India or are you in Ireland

From Delhi.

>> Are you applying as spouse of EU citizen or Irish citizen

We are both Indian but my wife is working as a researcher as mentioned above.
