PR is here, but...what should I do about my passport?

Hello guys!
My PR has arrived yesterday, but my prepaid special delivery pack with both my wife's and my passports and supporting documents hasn't. What should I do? Go to my nearest Royal Mail branch? Call the Home office? PR card was issued on the 10th of june (6 days ago). Should I wait? Some say the pack with the decision letter should've be here before the PR.
PLEASE, advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Have you tried tracking the SD package?
