Company COS Allocation Timelines

Hi,

I have a query around the timelines of COS allocation for a company.

My Tier 2 ICT long term visa is expiring on Sept 2016, while applying for a new COS for renewing my visa it appeared that my companys allocation for Tier 2 ICT was 0.

They had not renewed it for this year since the HRs had left the organisation they didnt had a check on this. So how much time does the allocation request takes place. We were told by the helpline desk that this process takes around 18 weeks. Is this the case ?.

Is there any ways to expedite this process ?
