Hi Sir,

I am an Indian Working for an IT Firm and currently on ICT Tier2 Visa in UK.

I have got US H1 Petition approved which is valid till august 2017.Currently i am in UK on a project assignment and dont know whether i will be able to go back to USA before August 2017.My Question is :

If my petition gets expired in august 2017 ,what is the process of get it renewed?
