Which address should reconsideration request be sent?

Hi all
I probably should have asked this question before sending the letter, I sent a reconsideration request to the caseworker that refused to issue me confirmation of PR. it was sent to the Liverpool address at the top of the refusal letter L2 0QN and addressed to the person and team. should i have sent it to the Durham address for applications instead?
its been 12 working days and no response. the letter was a signed for delivery with all my documents am just concerned i haven't sent it to the right place.
id be grateful for comments from anyone who has sent a reconsideration request successful or not that sent it to Liverpool and got a response from the caseworker.

I'm aware no one is bound to help, I can only take the view that no one who sent a reconsideration request has seen this post.
