Mother in laws visa

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for a visitor visa for mother in law, will be stating that I am going to sponsor her.
She has got a property on her name but no bank account.

Can she show her husband's bank statement ? What all docs she need to show...?

Thing is my father in law's visa was recently rejected twice.. We had transferred money in his account . But not sure if they gonna check the details of his account..If yes what shall we tell , that we have transferred that money to buy ticket or they won't go in detail(like checking his income tax return or how much he earns n all ) . FIL's visa was refused as ECO was not satisfied with flow of income. Is it advisable to use his bank statement??
