Luxembourg visa options post MBA

Hi,
My brother has been offered for seat for an MBA degree in one of the universities in Luxembourg. They are offering him an MBA degree with internship option. I just wanted to know if anyone on this forum have knowledge about how immigration system works in LU in terms of opportunities post his MBA degree ? Does anyone know if he's got any option of staying back for work after his degree.. EU Blue card perhaps..? Its a big decision for him as he currently have a good job which he is planning to quit. Any or every little information ref to Luxembourg work visa would be useful.

p.s : we did research LU visa website and it appears that its very difficult for employer to sponsor a visa due to labour market test etc..
