Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 general

Hi,

I am a tier 2 Ict migrant.
My wife is tier 2 Ict migrant dependent. She got job after coming to UK.

She intends to change the visa status from PBS dependent to tier 2 general.
Her company has provided her with restricted cos.

She is going to go back to India and apply for visa.
Now , I am just worried about one thing.

Tier and category mentioned in her cos is
Tier 2 (General - Switching Immigration Category)

I am not sure that this category is correct for her.
Please guide me on this.

What should be the category for her out of the following.
Tier 2 (General - New hire- restricted )
Tier 2 (General - Switching Immigration Category)
