As has been explained you do have rights - in the Family Court.

I think that depends on the judge and the process.

I don't believe i have a leg to stand on now. If the five year agreement so that I don't sign was still valid I would at least have a chance.but even that doesn't exist now

i wonder if anyone can help me
the immigratiom raided my property last monday due to my husband sponsoring his brother at my property. I rang them them and told them that i saw his brother at my husbands property. they raided again while my husband is in morocco. My husband has realised that they have detained his brother and he is in a detention centre. he has now informed me that because i reported his brother to the immigration even if the judge in morocco declares the divorce he will not give me a penny of the dowry. he has also said that he wants life with his brother and not me thats why he left me. can anyone tell me whay happens wen u have been detained wthout a paspport as he will not tell the immigration where his passport is. also have i done right or wrong becausae my marriage was already destroyed i was living in hope

Nobody knows who reported this person - don't worry about it.
Leave him to it he's made his own bed. The less you know the better.
