You will need to wait till your conviction is spent before you apply for ILR again, likely in 3 years time, which is why you have been granted leave to remain for another 3 years.

For citizenship, you will have to wait a lot longer before you will qualify under the tough good character requirements.

A conviction is only spent after 3 years, not just over 12 months from the conviction.
