Tier 2 cooling off period/Conversion to Tier 4 visa

Hi ,

I have been in the UK with the below visas -

ICT TIER 2 SKILLS TRANSFER VISA (3 months)

After which I got..

ICT TIER 2 LONG TERM STAFF MIGRANT VISA
(For 3 years)

I have 3 questions -

1. Can my current ICT TIER 2 LONG TERM STAFF MIGRANT VISA be extended for 2 more years without a cooling off period in between?

2. Can I convert my ICT visa to a Student Visa (I have read it is called a Tier 4 visa) without the cooling off period?
Are there any restrictions/exceptions to this ?

3. If, I am able to convert directly to a Tier 4 visa...Once I finish studying can I find a job in the UK without the ICT cooling off period of 1 year kicking in?
Is there a minimum salary clause for obtaining the work visa?

Yes

Yes, this should be possible unless you try to switch back to a Tier 2 visa within 12 months of switching to Tier 4 visa
Minimum salary applies to Work visas and this depends on various factors such as your SOC code, experience, what rules apply when you apply
