advice please- LTR expiring on Fri 24 June

Dear Forum,

Please can someone advise me. I am under Tier 2 LTR and my visa is expiring on Friday 24 June. I have completed 3 years under Tier 2.

My sponsor had their licence suspended for over 5 months and were unable to issue me a COS until Thursday 16 June which was when their licence was reinstated.They emailed UKVI to urgently process the COS but I am not sure if it will come in time.

I have completed the Tier 2 application online and all I need is the COS to make the application.

If the COS does not come by the 24th June what should I do? Am I able to submit the Tier 2 application without a COS and then notify UKVI of the number as soon as it comes through?

Just to let everyone know that my COS was issued today, via the urgent COS allocation email address. It was requested on Thursday late afternoon and issued today on Tuesday.

I'm very relieved!
