Extension of ICT (tier2) short team- Staff Migrant Visa

Post by gopalsoap » Sun Jun 19, 2016 9:40 pm

Hello Experts,

Currently I am having ICT (TIER 2) short team (staff migrant) visa, which is valid for 1 year and validity of my visa is till mid October 2016. Request you to please assist me to get answer of below questions:-

1) Do we have any UK border agency rule which says any ICT short term (ICT) visa can not get extension?
2) If I want to extend my stay in UK, then what steps I should take.
Kindly advice. You pointers in this regard will be very helpful.

Many Thanks,

Apply as Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff from home country with the same company.
Your company should be willing to pay you >= £41,500 pa
