ICT Short Term Staff Visa extension

Hi Team,
I have a ICT Short Term Staff Visa Valid till Feb 22 2017, My organisation is planning to convert the ICT Short Term Staff Visa to Long Term Staff so that I can continue to work in UK.

Can this visa extension be done from the UK or do I need to travel to my home country.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no switch process from Short Term to Long Term visa within the UK.
You will need to go back to your home country and file a fresh application for your Long Term visa with the same company.
Your company will need to pay you >=£41,500 pa
