Tier 2 change in Employment

Hello Guys,
I really need your help.
I had applied for change of employment application after my current company licence was revoked and its is still in progress, now I have got the new company who is paying me better salary and I want to go with them.

My questions is, Can I submit new change of employer application while current application in process.

what I have to do?
