Working overtime under Tier 2 visa

Hello everyone. I apologise in advance if this topic has been discussed before. I have tried to backread but I did not come across this one.

I would like to ask advice on what the limit is for TIer 2 General migrants in terms of working overtime for the SAME main employer if someone has opted out of the 48 hours working limit.

I understand that if it was a 2nd employer then the 20hours per week rule is in place.
