Pls help student visa/marrying french

I would like to ask few things im non eu citizen but having a valid italy student visa type d (permisso di soggiorno) and im planning to get wed to a french in france and i find really difficult wasted 2 months to satisfy mairie (civil marraige) but still trying what if i get married do i get the permission with extension to stay in france and my visa get changed and the secondly what will be the best option to get extension for visa if i get marry in italy with french do i get extenstion bcos my visa getting expire in next 5 months but we want to get settle in france
