I am looking to find answers to a few of my questions as per below:

2.

http://evisa.mae.ro/CheckResult?cetaten ... iometric=2

here it says u need a invitation approved by the inspectorate general for immigration – ministry of internal affairs of romania - and

here it it doesnt say so http://newdelhi.mae.ro/en/node/873

3. How long does it take for the dutch embassy to issue an EU Visa?

Hope to hear from you :D

What do you mean by EU Visa?
Do you mean a Schengen visa?

What is the purpose of your 'visit'?

1) 90 days

2) Check with relevant embassy.

You are comparing domestic visa requirements on one website with Schengen requirements on the other. Apples and pears.

3) Don't know.
