FLR(M) PLS HELP FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT

Post by mamaalex08 » Fri Jun 24, 2016 12:59 pm

Hi just need some advice urgently please.
Basically, we are applying to extend my hubby's spouse visa (new rules), which expires next month.
My questions surround the financial requirement.

I work for NHS and in past 2 months started a new job still in NHS but a different trust. Can this be classed as same employer?? Also I began maternity leave July 2015 and started new post in May 2016. Is it correct that my 6 months prior to starting maternity leave salary will be taken into account? If not that means I'm penalised for being on maternity leave.

My salary was 16,800 pa, wef 2/6/2014 and then I started maternity leave 3.8.15. I was working at a hospital, whilst on maternity leave I applied for a new post within NHS but for ambulance service. I started this new job, which is same salary and also includes 25% shift allowance on return from maternity leave on 2.6.16. I did not have to pay back maternity pay because both NHS so are they classed as same employer?

My husband left his job which he had been working for since Mar 2014, on 13/6/16 this year due to childcare commitments he worked part time earning around £9k p60 figure 2015.
However he had a new job offer on 1st December 2015, contract start date 18th January.
His training began in February 2016, he is working for £9k per annum, for a short time he was doing the 2 permanent jobs.
He also has worked for health care agencies over past 2 years doing the odd shift, earning around £2k per annum.

Sorry to blab on, hope I'm making sense, is it CAT B we will need to apply for?
The last application was straightforward CAT A so I'm getting very stressed out on this one, his current leave is due to expire mid July.
We have a combined income meeting the level required, its just messy because of the circumstances.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks
