Romanian family - PR card application

hello,
I am a Romanian citizen. I am living in uk since 2007 together with my husband , my son was born here in 2012( he also has Romanian citizenship). I was now thinking to apply for a PR and I have a few questions regarding he application:
1. Shall we make an application for all three of us, or separate for each one ?
2. Regarding the absence section: shall I list all my holiday for each year for the past 5 years? wanted to mention that in 2012 after my son was born I was in Romania for about month to sort out his documents, while I was on Maternity leave .
3. documents and evidence: I would have bank statements/ self assessment for the period 2007-2014 and P60/payslips for 2014 to present, letter from employer, AAT accounting course certificates for level1-2 . would all his be enough as evidence or do I need others ?

There are some possibilities here...

Was your child born before or after your 5th anniversary of presence in UK?
If one parent had been exercising treaty rights continuously from 2007 & had acquired PR before child was born then child is British and can apply directly for a British passport.

If parents were settled by acquiring PR after child's birth then you can apply to register child as a citizen.
(Children are registered as citizens - not naturalised).

All as per section 1(3) of BNA; use form MN1.

Note Its not mandatory for child to have a PR card in this case.

It may help (for child's registration) if parent has a PR card but its not mandatory; you could simply submit all the parent's evidence along with the MN1 application.

1) Finally, for you and spouse, you can apply jointly for confirmation of PR on one form.
Having a PR card may simlify the application for your child's registration too.

2) Yes, list all absences.

Up to 6 months absence from UK is permitted within a 12 month period without breaking continuity of residence.

You also have to show that PR, once acquired, has not been lost by prolonged absence;
so its not simply about listing the last 5 years if your qualifying period was in an earlier time.
