Tier-2 General Extension Start Date Issue-Help

My Issues with the dates :

According to Last COS applied by my company we submitted start date and end date as fallows
Start date:19 August 2013
End date:19 July 2016

But I got VISA with
start date : 20-08-2013
end date : 19-08-2013

This time we applied the COS with
Start date:20 July 2016
End date:15 July 2019

38.25 When you assign a CoS to extend a migrant’s leave in the same tier and category, the start date on the CoS should be the day after their current leave expires.

Here i need u r help to choose the correct start date and end date for my COS .

weather i need to keep start date as Start date:20 July 2016 or Start date:20 August 2016

Your current leave expires on 19-08-2016. Hence, as per the statement, the start date of new CoS should be 20-08-2016.
