Hi,
I have similar issue. I was deported (administratively removed) from the UK last year in September. Basically i was there in Tier 2 general visa and my sponsor curtailed my leave to remain and i didnt know about it. When me and my fiance applied to get married in the UK the HO came to my residence and served me with a notice of leave curtailment and took me to the detention center. Where I was told that i have to leave the UK. And if i voluntarily exit the UK i can re-enter the UK after one year or before that if i apply for entry clearance.
So i came to my home country and my fiance came here to visit me and we got married. So now we are legally married in Pakistan. I want to know if i can apply for a spouse visa now. Also can you please tell me how to apply for the entry clearance. Do i have to submit two applications first to revoke to deportation order and second to get the entry clearance or do i have to submit one application with the entry clearance officer?
to let you now my wife is earnning 32K and she is above 18. Kindly someone please reply back to my message. i really need some help on this one.
