FLR M (Salary and Dividend) financial requirements

Dear Senior member,
Could you pls help me with my financial requirements

i am due to apply tomorrow for Flr m

my sponsor earning is from June 2015 to May 2016 is £11,800 and dividend is from Jan16 to June 16 is £11294.00 as he is now director and shareholder of new Ltd company since Oct 2015, which section he needs to fill, when we add this income salary + dividend his total earning is over £23,000.00 from 29 June 2015 to 01 June 2016, but we are confused which section to fill one is 7.3a for salary and for dividend which on we have to fill?

could you pls let us know, your help would be appreciated

Not sure about the form but you should have your payslips and dividend vouchers. Is the company registered for RTI with HMRC?

Yes company registered for RTI and has uppto date tax record, but when you filling the section 7A not sure which section you need to fill?
