Hi,

We are in process of gathering documents to apply for UK family permit from Ireland. is there a list for documents we can follow (I know the list need to be tailored for each case).

Do I need to show proof of Job on return to Uk?

Also my dependent are in stanp4 will this be an issue ? As I understand it's the EEA national whose circumstances matters?
