EU Citizen with non EU spouse

Hello everybody,
I got a job offer from a UK based company. I will move next month and the HR of the company told me that I don't need any paper at the moment because I can work in UK as EU citizen.

My wife is from Ukraine and I am wondering what she can do to move with me in UK. I am really struggling on find valid information.

Somebody have some knowledge/experience on similar case?

You wife needs to apply for a Family Permit

(Casa, not CR001)

Do you confirm also that I dont need any document to work in UK just because i am from EU? For me looks very strange...
