What nationality is father? (Place of birth doesn't mean much).
Nationality of mother?

Unless your grandfather was an 'enemy alien' or a foreign diplomat your father became a British citizen other than by descent by virtue of his birth in the UK before 1983. This makes you Canadian and British (by descent) as far as I can see (provided your parents were/are married).

(I don't know anything about Dutch nationality law so can't comment on whether you are also Dutch)

What was your grandfather stationed as? Assuming your father was actually born in the UK, he would have been born British other than by descent unless (British Nationality Act 1948 Section 4 Exception (a)):

his father possesses such immunity from suit and legal process as is accorded to an envoy of a foreign sovereign power accredited to His Majesty, and is not a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies

However, he may have renounced British citizenship to become Canadian.

It is hard to see how you could be Dutch and not know it. It is very easy for you or your father to have lost Dutch nationality.
