What Brexit mean for FLR (fp) Article 8 Extension

My mrs granted 2.5 years leave on flr fp on the basis of ECHR article 8 as me n our children's are British citizens. As Britain decided to pull out of Europe, what will be the effect on her visa extension in 2018 on same basis? Or do we have to start thinking any other way right now?

ECHR is nothing to do with EU though a lot of people are pushing for that to go too and to be honest, I think that's what Brexiters biggest beef was with.

I DON'T think you need to hit the PANIC button! There's something called 'transitional arrangement/measures' ..You might want to google that. :wink:

Since we getting hints of scraping ECHR by replacing it with some thing else. What is the future hold for any person who obtained leave on the basis of ECHR Artical 8?
