Child Birth registration process in Manchester

Hi,
i try to find out the process but couldn't get clear picture,as Nadra website only give appointment for NICOP and passport and they dont treat without appointment anymore for all services and i think CRC is prerequisite for NICOP.

anybody has recently registered uk born child at Nadra center in Manchester please update.

Online Application: 08/06/15 Type: Spouse Visa
Documents Submitted @ ISB: 12/06/15
Documents Received BHC ISB: 17/06/15
Esclation -6th August ---pres assessment done.
Update 12 August --application in progress.
