You must invest all the 50K before your extension application and ur investment should be mentioned in your annual accounts or management accounts which ever comes first before your extension.

First of you need to read gauidance, where you could find that that investment via director loan you need transfer funds from personal account to company business's account. Then your accountant can also mention the director loan section at your annual accounts.
