Flr fp new application query

Hello experts and friends


I am looking to re apply of my wife application on fl fp parent route with on basis of British child and husband settled.

I applied before but we got refused and appeal dismissed so no filling flr fp application but i got to stop here on benefits section.

So i want to know should i mention in form that we are receiving child benefit and wtc + ctc . Because wife don't have any visa. Is that ok to mention this or it will effect on my wife application.

In another side i don't want to hide this because they will find out or may b they have will know so .last application i was not eligible for wtc ctc and cb so thats why we didn't mentioned.

Can you expert guys advice me what should i write here in amount section for flr fp form.

I dont think getting any benefits (which you are entitled to as British or settled person) will have any negative impact on your spouse application as long as it was just on your name as partners have no resource to public funds until they get this settlement status. Honesty is best policy

Tax credits must be claimed in JOINT NAMES and child benefit your name only.
