Help needed-Switching from Tier 1 Entrepreneur to Tier 2 Gen

Hi There,

Its my first post and hope you all can help me.

I have been on Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa since Switched from PSW back in 2013.

So my question is that if I want to switch to Tier 2 general route, does employer need to carry out Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT)? Or this is not necessary because I have been in UK Tier 4 – PSW –Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) respectively.

I have gone thorough guidance but can’t recognise whether you must have last tier -4 or PSW granted or anytime granted before tier 1 entrepreneur.

If you can clarify that please.
