UK settlement visa rejected by ECO mistakes

Hello everyone

I applied uk settlement husband visa through VFS GLOBAL KATHMANDU NEPAL and send it to NEW DELHI HIGH COMMISSION . As my wife is BRITISH CITIZEN. After 20 days later i got my application back with refusal letter where mentioning about i haven't passed ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEST A1 CEFR but this decision straightly wrong because i had pass require ENGLISH TEST LANGUAGE A1 CEFR from TRINITY COLLEGE LONDON which is also approved SELT CENTRE for UKBI. I am sure ECO haven't look all my documents properly thats why he/she haven't seen my ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEST CERTIFICATE.
in this case now what should i do for to get quick visa?
my wife already appeal the case in uk already but haven't got any response. and i heard appeal case can took longer time so what should i do, if anyone know about this situation could you help me out please. It is so frustrating to live away from partner .

Many people were refused on English test here in this forum, appeal is the best court of action at the moment, in my opinion. Some people also re-applied with priority service. Appeals can take 12 months if your case goes to the court for hearing, else 4 to 6 months if it is overturned in review. New Applications cost money, but quicker, however assuming that they did not check the certificate if i were you, i would not re-apply, and wait for the appeal to go trough. (personal advise, not a professional).
