Anyone who recently got their stamp 4?

Hi guys,

Someone who recently collected their stamp 4 from INIS, what days of a week is it possible to collect the stamp 4? I've heard that some days are for students, another days for everybody else. Does anybody knows anything about that? Thnak you..
