Please if someone can help me
I have question regarding EEA FP
Me and my partner (EEA citizen) have been living together for over a year (London) and wanted to get married back there, but then we decided to wait a little bit more and get married in my home country (Serbia) with our families together.
I went back to Serbia when my student visa finished at the end of March and so I can organise papers for the marriage.
Now my partner is coming in couple of days and we will get married in local council here in Serbia (She will take my surname) with all of our families together.
After couple of days of marriage I will apply for EEA FP so i can go back with her to the UK and continue our life.
She cannot stay longer in Serbia as her work does not allow her do do so
Now Im thinking if UK BA will make any problems regarding our recent marriage?
Since I was student and really busy we did not travel nowhere but places around UK.
Supporting documents we can provide are:
Cover letters explaining our situation
Return tickets showing that we are traveling together
Joint bank account for the past 1 year with money coming in and out
Our separate bank accounts with same address
Joint tenancy agreement from the May last year
Letter from landlord confirming our stay, which is my relative as well
Joint electricity bills
Joint gas bills
British driving licences with same address
Up to 100 pictures( wedding pictures with our families, recent pictures from Serbia, pictures from the UK, pictures of our flat in the UK ETC)
Her employment contract
Her payslips from the past half a year
Extensive Viber log showing our conversation since i was in Serbia (past 3months)
Should I put my home address in London even though my visa has expired and I have been back In Serbia for the past 3months?
Should I just put 0 in finances as Im currently unemployed?
Stay in the UK as "permanent" or just 6 moths
If someone can help me with my situation or if someone has been in the same situation it can share its story..
Thank you very much!
